I am deeply saddened to share that my life partner of 18 years has left this physical world. He passed away suddenly on January 6th. 

What if the only thing we need to do to create positive change in the world is to commit to our own personal healing?

After three of weeks of unplugging from social media I am looking forward to reconnecting with you and want to wish you, my valued online community a Happy New Year.

Profound sorrow, profound joy has been my reality since I suddenly lost my life partner and the father of my son. With loss there is an overwhelming experience of duality of emotions.

A butterfly (and Kenny) assisted me along my journey with grief. Kenny came to me with ample excitement for me to join his class for the "butterfly release." All month he had been learning about the metamorphosis of butterflies.

When I have unexpressed intense emotion and a feeling of overwhelm, anxiety becomes a part of my experience.

Sometimes this is not easy when you have lost someone you deeply love.

Sacred space generates positive energy, a sense of calm and an inner knowing that all will be OK.

As we navigate on this journey called life we must be intentional in cultivating strong dependable relationships - relationships where no matter what, they have your back and you have their back.
